What happens when the bug occurs? The entire race session gets voided and doesn't get submitted to the leaderboards, essentially wasting 35 minutes of driving.
What do you expect to see? The results being submitted to the leaderboards so I can get my rewards.
This is the dumbest, stupidest * ever. How on earth do you manage to mess up the biggest event in F1 World so that EVERYONES RESULTS GET VOIDED? This is ludicrous and a massive waste of time to everyone involved. If the issue isn't rectified in time, which it probably won't bet, I expect to see full compensation for all the wasted time, including the prizes promised when finishing within the top X %.
Same issue for me as well quite a few threads on it, I even raced a second time and won for the same thing. Hopefully EA can make it right.
This exact same thing is happening to me on PS5. It is NOT a specific user problem, it is an overarching game bug. It wasn't happening in the pre-launch early play period, then there was a patch, and now it happens for me on every race over 5 laps solo, and every multilayer event. It is extremely frustrating and time wasting.
Kudos to ChanceXC for providing a report code since my error screen only shows the error message without any report code. Not that it should make a difference with a widespread issue like this if players submit a report code or not, but it certainly doesn't lower the chance of the devs looking into this matter.
