Issue occured on friday for me and didn't go away over the weekend. Reinstalling the game and deleting local data didn't help.
Today I logged in and everything was back to normal. I think that's because on monday the ranked points are reset.
So my guess, if it happened to you today you have to wait until next monday and it will fix itself. You can try contacting support as well but they weren't really helpful for me.
Tried connecting this morning, still the same annoying issue.
I contacted support and they wanted me to do a general connection check at home. I refused and said my F1 world data is not stored on my Xbox or modem so that's not the source of the issue.
The chatbot then went on to talk with his team and returned to me saying they acknowledged that it appears to be a bug and they will try their best to solve it as quick as possible.
Even tho they acknowledge it, they still want people to post this issue on the forums here.
In the end, 30 mins down the line. The best thing the chatbot could do is apologize and hope I can play F1 world again as soon as possible.
My product isn't working tho, so I'll try the phone support later as well.
