Can add me to that list. After most online events in F1 World I will receive the error - on the plus side my progress doesn't seem to be lost, i still receive the XP and any rewards most times but certain targets / goals may not register ie ''play 5 multiplayer grand pri races via a random track selection'', which took about 10 attempts to finally complete it. Ranked races is the same also, with rewards being given but not always registering as completed.
I initially wasn't progressing as a result but this seems improved.
