EA App F1 23 Deluxe "Loyalty" Edition not downloading

Question

I never purchased a "code". I bought F1 23 Deluxe "Loyalty" Edition via your EA App. So is the EA App unauthorized, since it refuses to allow me to download it?

I pre-ordered the F1 23 as a Deluxe Loyalty Edition on EA App in order to get the pre-order bonus and early access.

The game didn't want to download and if you think it was because of a problem on my end, you are wrong, I was still able to install F1 22.

I contacted EA Help about to no luck for a solution at all, still not even today.

The EA App never said that there was a problem with it, just that I owned the edition and that I could download it, but the status of that kept showing "preparing".

Days after official release the EA App still failed to download it. So, I checked with the payment status, and it showed up as "processing"... I checked the credit card info to confirm that it was indeed correct and after another day I decided to cancel that pre-order and lose my pre-order bonus because no one in your company could figure out why it failed. I then placed a new order using the exact same credit card details and your system took the money at once and guess what? The game still couldn't be downloaded. And yes, clear cache was tried and failed too.

I finally ended up cancelling that order again and bought the game at Steam, ... guess what? I am now able to play the game.

Thanks so much for the steam download working.&nbsp; I wondered about that and will try to get a refund from EA and order from steam.

This seems odd indeed. Have you checked with our customer support if the game was disabled or if you ever received the game at all through our purchase?&nbsp;

This is where things are hanging, it says "processing", but my CC is valid, but your system is failing to inform the user about this in the EA about why things aren't going thru and still shows the user "Deluxe Loyalty Edition owned".

I actually went in and cancelled my pre-order, and reordered it directly from your website, only still no game being able to download and money has been drawn.

Still just "preparing"

EA App is still showing "Deluxe Loyalty Edition owned" but it should now say "Champion Edition owned" and I think this is why it is failing now.

And yes, I did contact support about this before the weekend and yes, i have tried clear cache after cancelling and reordering the product. Still no download.

Gotcha, so there might be a hiccup in the whole pre-order and transaction process for this one.

I am unable to check the reason on this processing status, so I would need you to ask our Advisors on this matter.

Please specify your issue with the Advisor in chat and let them know that there seems to be a processing issue with your purchase via EA App.
