Ea app not installing F1 23 on pc

Product: F1 23Platform:PCPlease specify your platform model. PCSummarize your bug So I’m trying to install f1 23 standard edition but on the EA App it is stuck as ‘preparing’ when you click install. I have tried to install other games but they work only F1 23 has this problem.What is your 16 digit Report Code?Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single PlayerSteps: How can we find the bug ourselves? .What happens when the bug occurs? It does not want to download and stuck on ‘preparing’.What do you expect to see? The game downloading .‌EA APP F1 23 not installing but other games can?

thanks for your attempt, barry, but it is NOT POSSIBLE to verify or repair game files that are NOT DOWNLOADED and INSTALLED.&nbsp;
