EA FC style settings for editing Driver's Look/Appearance

One thing I've always thought the F1 games could do with is EA FC style settings for editing your Driver's Look/Appearance, like editing your driver's hair/facial hair colour, facial features and height. To me personally it always looks odd racing as someone that doesn't look like yourself. Having someone that you can actually identify with and looks more like yourself would go to great lengths in giving the players a more intimate and engaging experience.
