EGPU Issue - Low framerate / Stuttering

Summarize your bug Using a laptop + EGPU ( Razer Chroma X + RTX 3080 ) leads to very low framerate as soon I enter the menu After the first loading screen ( with hamilton/leclerc/whoever photo ) FPS drops from 130 to 20, and the menus are extremely unresponsive When racing, the FPS drops as low as 20, with an average of 40. GPU utilization never exceed 25% CPU is i7-1195g7 which allows me to play most demanding games, the problem seems specific to F1 23

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attach an EGPU enclosure to an 11th gen intel laptop
What happens when the bug occurs? Slow frame rate
What do you expect to see? Normal performance for this setup
I'm unable to play with my current EGPU setup, i7-1195g7 + RTX 3080 seems to be unable to give constant framerate even at ultra low settings at 1080p
Solved the problem thanks to a egpu form user that had the same issue of mine on a different game
By disabling ReBAR via the nvidia inspector on the f1 23 profile I can get rid of the menu major stuttering
