Summarize your bug There is a problem with people who reach Elite rank (myself included). Once the rank has been linked to the account you loose connection to EA servers and cannot connect back. This is happening to ALOT of Elite members.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reach Elite Rank? then complete 1 race and you get kicked from Ea servers and are not able to re-connect
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot play online
What do you expect to see? Being able to play online?

Hi. I’ve been playing online pretty much since day 1. PS5 only. Got promoted the elite Monday but since then I have not been able to get online. Get the below error

The game was interrupted while downloading F1 World data, therefore you have been disconnected from online services. Please reconnect to try again.
Ive tried removing game and reinstalling and also deleting saves but nothing. Any ideas
Exactly the same with me on Xbox Series X. Got promoted to Elite last night, got back on for a short time after roll-over, got the Elite achievement, claimed the Elite race suit/livery etc, but cannot connect due to the exact message above.
I also got the same Problem after getting promoted to Elite. Seems to be a theme.... Guess EA be Punishing people for being dedicated enough at their game to reach elite...
