I purchased F1 23 from CD Keys for pc. I entered this on the EA pc app and this was actioned without any issue so I  expected the full game to be downloaded and available. Unfortunately I  have only...

      To confirm if you purchase the code from CD Keys you will need to reach out to them for further assistance with the order. 

      Our support can only verify and assist with orders done through the EA app (formerly Origin) and ea.com, purchases on other platforms will require you to speak with your retailer.

        I have already contacted them  and they have confirmed the activation code is valide, and as you have taken the code entered on your system they cannot do anything as you have accepted the code for the purchase.

        I have re-entered the code and receive the message stating this code has already been used.

        So where do I get the full game that I have paid for?
