f1 23 crash after menu

Product: F1 23Platform:PCPlease specify your platform model. PCSummarize your bug when first installing the game i manage tro start creating single player career. but it crashed and no messages popped up. now every time i start the game i can only manage to press start menu and goes to the grey loading screen for about 30 seconds before it crashes. and i get this every single time, even in administrator mode. ive attached my DX Diag file to help. thank youWhat is your 16 digit Report Code? cant provide one Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? sky Which area is the bug/glitch in? Download and install updated video drivers
Download and install all available Windows Updates

I have tried all the above, all drivers up to date and it found 1 issue on the file check check but it said it had successfully fixed it. I relaunched the game after also repairing the installation files via EA manage tab. And it still done the same thing.&nbsp;
