Ok, I've added a screenshot that should show the full model info, like I say I'm not great with tech stuff so this was the only way I could find it, if I need to do something else then some instructions would be greatly appreciated. I also don't believe this computer has ever had any 3rd party AV, in the second SS you can see none are listed under virus and threat protection and I don't recall ever setting one up. As for the VPN, I do have two installed currently, however this issue only started a couple of months after I bought and started playing the game, at which point I already had one of the VPNs for over a year, and hadn't yet installed the second, so I'd be skeptical to say they're part of the problem, but I can uninstall them if you still think it could help. Thanks again for the help.

Run HWiNFO and post a screenshot of the summary screen.
The MSINFO32 still shows the same as the dxdiag, 'System Manufacturer' 'System Product Name', the OEM hasn't been careful enough to include their brand or the board name.
Here's mine (showing what is filled in)

it's a lot more up to date.
Now you have the support page link (first link for UEFI) you can also install the Realtek audio driver and remove Voicemeeter (can cause crashing).
The WER is erroring on the Nord-VPN service, so again I'd look at removing the VPN.
I noticed the TP-Link WiFi adapter, please use an Ethernet cable not WiFi (consider Powerline adapters if you can't run a cable to your PC). I'm not going to look for a WiFi driver.

I'm not sure which of these it was, but that seems to have fixed it! Thank you so much!
