Having similar issues, and had to turn HDR off. On PS5, but using PS4 game version. With HDR on, in garage workstation screens (like car setup screens) are very dark and colour mix in menus is generally inconsistent - colours are either very vibrant or washed out.

Just to add another thing to this. With HDR on, the colour profiles seem odd - blue car icons like Alpine and Williams look purple. Colours generally are darker. Turning off HDR reverts them to a more correct shade. I checked my TV settings which was fine on 21. Anyone else had this when using HDR?
- @Monzstar83 I can’t make any sense of it. Yellow Medium tyres in the pit menus look orange. My team colours that are Orange look yellow 🤷🏻♂️
Yeah and reds are looking more pink. Thankfully can turn HDR off. Hopefully they can fix soon 🤞🏽
