Community ManagerTry the following steps:
- Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
The last resort is to reinstall the EA app but hopefully it will not come to that, thanks.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, TRIED ALL THOSE STEPS TOO... NO SUCCESS
THIS THING IS A SCAM, BOUGHT THE EAPLAY TO PLAY F1 2023 JUST SO IT ENDS UP LIKE THIS... AT FIRST I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD F1 2023, IT SHOWED ME THIS DOWNLOAD ERROR; THEN I DOWNLOADED THE F1 2022 AND QEUED F1 2023; AFTER INSTALLATION OF BOTH IT WORKED, BUT TODAY IT ASKED ME FOR AN UPDATE (2023), AND THE THING IS GIVING ME THIS FREAKING BUG AGAIN...
FIX YOU STUPID LAUNCHER....
