Summarize your bug I was playing the game the night before the 1.15 update and it was running smoothly holding steady at 120 fps. The next day after the update i lanuch the game again and was doing FP1 at COTA and every 5-10 seconds the game would lag. I turned on my fps counter and i was loosing roughly 50 frames and that was causing me to lose lap time. I tried playing online and time trial run, i run into the same issue. frames rate drops and massive stuttering! i can't play the game like this. i turned down the graphics, and updated my graphics card and everything still massive framedrops and stuttering!
