Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when going to multiplayer, mainly ranked since it's what i play the most, it won't join a lobby, and when it creates one, no one joins, or when they join it instantly goes away without the option of starting the race
What happens when the bug occurs? can't play multiplayer
What do you expect to see? being able to join a lobby with players or it filling up my lobby

Multiplayer is trash. i can't find lobbies with people neither in ranked multiplayer or in a gp, and when it creates a lobby for me, initially people join but then they instantly go away like some bug or sometimes when joining a lobby gives a error code like error code pm65539. been playing since f1 21 and i can't never find lobbies to play, i don't know how this still has not been fixed, payed 70 euro for a game that doesn't even work.

Ii just got f1 23 game on steam, but I can't join any online session with the option cross platform on. I tried 2 player career, ranked multiplayer, quick multiplayer race and everything else.

Whenever I try to join it just gets stuck on "joining session.." and later I get error code 'pm65539'

With cross platform set to off, Im able to join lobbies including 2-player career mode and others, but I can't seem to find any players, it just keeps searching for players indefinitely.  And no available grand prix to join 

I don't know if it's an issue or simply there are not that many players on the same platform with cross platform off in lobbies

Same issue here, I'm on PS5 and sometimes cannot join lobbies created by PC users, error screen says "there was an error" and nothing more, not even an error code.

This doesn't happen on PC, I have already tested.

Need an answer to this, I missed some league races because of this and my ISP is not the issue
