What happens when the bug occurs? When I Press To Launch The Game It Turns Blue For 5 Sec And Then It Goes Back To Play And Sometimes I Get An Error Code (0x00000001402B1EA3)
What do you expect to see? Game Launch

Your CPU has only 2 cores and 2 threads.
The i3-2130 has 2 cores and 4 threads.The single-thread clock speed is marginally higher at 3.4GHz versus 3.3GHz and is outscored in benchmark (effective speed)

It's fair to say neither CPU is really ideal. GPU is the limiting factor and the minimum spec RX470 outscores your GPU (RX550) easily.

Refund the game via Steam if you have not played 2 hours. The game will not appear in the EA app if purchased on Steam, they are different platforms.
