F1 23 Opens in Windowed Mode

Summarize your bug Game starts windowed instead of full screen. When clicking taskbar and returning to game it goes full screen but in a lower resolution. Have tried updating driver to latest version.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Occurs upon startup, launched via EA desktop app
What happens when the bug occurs? The game opens in windowed mode, I can click on the f1 icon in the taskbar to close the window, and then again to re-open it in full screen, however this reduces the resolution of the game and I cannot find any in-game options to change it.
What do you expect to see? The game launching in Full Screen mode like previous installments
