I've tried everything (validate, reinstall etc.) for the past 12 hours, nothing worked. Is there anyone experiencing this?

@SteveJackson No, the game is installed on my internal SSD.

@SteveJackson I started the game just now after dinner and it works now, I think the dinner helped. lol

No worries, PlayFab is also an Azure service, so it is not unusual for there to be an issue between Microsoft and / or the developer. It can be resolved if issues are reported.
