f1 23 won't launch

I've been trying to access F1 23 (ea app win11) for three days using the 5h free trial and play via xbox game pass ultimate, but the game still doesn't start: I go to the main screen of the ea launcher or launch the desktop shortcut and the game acts like it wants to open, then the ea app window closes and after some loading the window reappears on the launcher home screen. I looked at the task manager while executing F1 23 and it seems like it suddenly crashes, as initially there is 20/25% cpu consumption and after a while the process closes

I already tried to:

  • Reinstall the game
  • Fix the game
  • Clear the cache of the EA
  • AppUpdate nvidia drivers
  • Update C++
  • Update DirectX
  • Run game and launcher as administrator

    Download and install all available Windows Updates

    Check your machine meets the below requirements:

    • Online Connection Requirements: Broadband
    • Hard Drive Space: 80GB
  • @EA_Barry As already mentioned in the message, I have done all windows updates (win11 22h2), scanned the files multiple times through ea support and done all the various types of troubleshooting. Furthermore, my pc satisfies the minimum requirements suitable for playing f1 23.

    I turned off the antivirus and firewall. I reinstalled Windows 10. It didn't go that way either. I just installed Windows 11, tried all the described methods and the game doesn't work. But not the rest that is in the EA app. Epic works fine. I bought EA play pro for nothing.
