I can not record the game in the correct aspect ratio

Summarize your bug I've tried to record F1 23 with OBS, while playing it. I'm playing the game in the full screen mode, and I can see the game perfectly spanning from left to right and from top to the bottom of the monitor. The problem is that when I record the game while playing it, it does not get recorded in the full screen just like I see it while playing, but it takes only a potion of the recorded video and the other part of that video is just a black screen. It is most likely no the problem with OBS because F1 23 is the only game that I'm having trouble recording in normal aspect ratio.

Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'll include a few images of the problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? It does not get recorded as it should be.
What do you expect to see? I'm expecting to see the game on the whole video.

@6186ba6ce24c27b7 this looks like a wrong setting in OBS, everything is recorded but in a wrong image format.
Can you show a screenshot of your OBS screen settings?

Here are the video settings if that's what you meant by screen settings. Both base and output resolutions are set to 16:9 aspect ratio. I highly doubt that it has anything to do with OBS settings, because when I record other games, they end up looking as expected. Only the F1 23 is behaving unexpectedly.

The images I've provided so far are while recording the game, but I guess the same problem would be if I tried to stream it. Anyways, here is the image of output section in settings, and there is no rescaling option.
Is there an official person for support on this forum? I've paid $$$ for a game, and it's not working. There should be some official to help me solve the issue.

The resolution in settings was set to 1920x1440 instead of 2560x1440. It's strange how it didn't look like 1920x1440 while playing but only for recording.
