I have heard back from EA Help multiple times now, but the only recommendation they have given is to "power cycle the console". I'm on PC and shut everything down every night, so merely power cycling is clearly not the right answer.
I just want the stuff I paid for.
At this point I'm pursuing refunds and considering dropping my EA Play Pro subscription.
- 3 years ago@Cloverhook last thing i've heard is that they've passed it on to the higher ups or codies but then that was a week ago, nothing on the patch notes its not even being investigated.
