MUST DO TO FIX GAME (EASY)

I love Formula 1, and so I need to ask what are you guys doing over there?

MY WORLD

1. Where did character customization go? You just pick a face now and thats it? every other game had hair color etc, so I dont understand
2. Why cant I chose any number? I understand in My career because youre racing real drivers, but in MY WORLD this should be any number because its all custom
3. Whats the point of having customization in MY WORLD if you cant display any of the cars you want, it was in F122, I figured this would just be more expansive in this one, but its not even there, I should be able to have my custom F1 cars, real F1/F2 cars and super cars on display
4. We really couldnt update the trophies? Were just being that lazy now? Im not even going to ask why it's so difficult to use real trophies but the fact that we cant fix and update that minor part is kind of pathetic
5. Either you guys pay the teams, or the teams pay you guys for licensing to have their actual liveries, race suits, etc....why cant those be purchaseable DLC, or why cant their sponsors be available to buy with Pitcoin....THIS WILL Literally make you more money and everyone is tired of the below par liveries, sponsors, race suits etc, same thing with the casual wear items, you had a year to expand on these items and have more sponsors clothing etc, its a licensed formula 1 game, why cant I get the Aston Martin team jacket for my player to wear? like I am trying to help you guys make more money here and these are such easy fixes
6. Same thing with mechanics, they cant wear polos with a couple sponsors on them?  Like how lazy are we being
7. Stickers.....why cant I do something with them? let me put them on the wall something... 
8. THESE ^^^ are all minor changes that dont involve you laser scanning tracks, rebuilding handling, etc etc....these should all be no brainers

REST OF THE GAME

1. I am not going to dive in to the bugs with SC, red flags, pit exit etc cause I actually have confidence these will get fixed
2. Why can't I join a ranked match without being hooked up via ethernet? I have 1k download speeds, fiber optic internet, no other game with those speeds requires me to use ethernet, so why cant I join a simple ranked match via wireless connection...had this similar problem in F122 
3. I get its difficult to laser scan every track and what not, but can we at least update grandstands, COTA looks the same as it did in F12016 and there is about 50x the amount of grandstands and features now, should be easy to throw some stands and people in

Please fix this stuff or literally give me a job to come work for you guys because this game can be so much better and more expansive, and we all appreciate the handling and performance fixes but I am sorry but people are just being way to lazy. because especially the stuff I mentioned at the top, is just silly quick stuff that could have easily been fixed and we expect when especially buying a game for 90 USD
