No damage in My Team

Product: F1 23
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Done a whole season off my team 50% race length. With damage and damage rate set to simulation. But damage both to my are and Ai was almost non existent.
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Bt
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a session off my team and ram some cars together
What happens when the bug occurs? Little to No damage to cars floor or wings
What do you expect to see? Damage to cars

Throughout entire season not one car crashed out of a race.  Only a few came in pits for wing replacement.  Had many major shunts and no damage to my car or Ai floor or wings.

Tried GP mode and damage model is as it should be.   So clear issue in My Team

    thanks for reporting! We're checking on this and if you would happen to have any further information on how to trigger this bug, that would be helpful!

    I know there had been a bit of a similar bug a couple of months ago when cars didn't take any damage after using flashback. Could this be the case here too?

    @EA_VendceraVery possibly. I’ve tried many workarounds though. Including turning flashbacks off, going back to main menu then re entering My team to no avail.  Along with restarting sessions etc 

    The reason I tried GP mode was hoping that once it was clear that the damage model was working as it should in that mode I hoped it would translate to my team but it didn’t 😔.
