Summarize your bug The 'experienced drivers' playlist that was included in previous games no longer exists. This playlist provided an easy way to get into races of length 25%, safety car on, strict track limits etc. Without this it is very difficult to find online lobbies with these settings, ruining the online experience.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and play online. Very difficult to find lobbies with these common settings for some serious racing outside of ranked.
What happens when the bug occurs? When playing online
What do you expect to see? The experienced drivers playlist so that I can actually enjoy online (ranked is no good, no collisions in bronze tier? It's like doing time trial laps with a load of other people, not actual racing).
