Well I keep posting but the new update just came out. I’m on ps5. G pro wheel. Still the same. Weak ffb and true force. And if u do a 50% race off or online it will start to cut out halfway threw race. So absolutely nothing done by ea to fix us poor Logitech g pro wheels. Guess it’s don’t bother to play again. And wait even longer before we can play. They will never fix. Keep that in mind before u bother yo buy next years. Thanks ea for not doing anything again. 130$ wasted on a game u obviously are in capable of making. Wonder if our wheels will ever get full ffb and true force before next years witch I won’t buy any more. Move to another style of racing I guess. Till another game maker decides to take over f1 for ea as ea just can’t make. Still fuel mileage unequal in equal cars. Lol. So many things wrong with game. Not worth playing any more.
This issue will never be fixed as they are acting oblivious to the fact this is happening to PlayStation users up until wednesday last week. All logitech users should find a new, better and COMPATIBLE Racing game to invest in rather than funding EAs profits. Shameful

I thought surely they would fix this in no time. I mean a racing game where wheels don’t work?
3 or 4 updates in… NOW I’m thinking they are actually never going to fix this.

Nope! we all wasted money on a game that doesn’t work with a Pro set wheel and pedals. A shame that they don’t care.

I have a Pro Wheel on PS5 and I accidentally stumbled across this method to have the full 11nm of force feedback for F1 23 . I was surprised when I could barely turn the wheel so assumed EA and Logitech had fixed the issue. However, my FFB was low again the next time I played and I remembered what I did the last time I booted up the game.
I have my Pro Wheel defaulted to PS5 for the Platform setting. Not necessary, but one less button press after turning on the wheel. With the PS5 completely powered off (I haven’t tried from standby), power on the Pro Wheel, and you should get the ‘CONNECT USB CABLE’ message on the OLED display. Immediately power on the PS5 either using the controller or power button on the PS5. As the PS5 is powering up, start spamming the PS button on the wheel (probably not necessary to spam it but I haven’t tried determining when exactly is the best time to press it). If you started the PS5 using the controller, you will first have to select your profile using the controller and then it should immediately pop up again for you to select with the wheel. If you started the PS5 with the power button, you will be able to select the profile immediately using the ‘X’ button on the wheel. Start the game.
That’s it, and works for me every time. Hopefully others will have success.
