No money in new my team save

Summarize your bug Left over money that are supposed to be given to you after picking a sponsor, engine and 2nd driver disappears. This only seem to happen when choosing custom settings (opposed to recommended settings)

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a new My team save, most can be standard but make sure to choose "Custom settings" which must be done before the team/save have been created, and go to "Career settings". In there you go down to "resources", and on all settings that affect the player, pick "Reduced"(Screenshots provided). Once that is done continue on to the customization of the team, pick your sponsor, engine and 2nd driver, then check your new total cash. In my case i chose Xenon, Renault and $750k driver with a new total of $1.2 Million.
What happens when the bug occurs? Once you're in the main menu for your My team save, you will notice that your money is down to $80-90k instead of ~$1.2 Million
What do you expect to see? I expect to see $1.2 Million

- Shows sponsor, engine, 2nd driver and how much money i should have left over ($1.2 Million)
3: My team main menu
- Shows the main menu of my "My team" save with money, research points and acclaim level at top right corner (note that money is at $87.5k instead of $1.2 Million).
Workaround:
You can start a new save with recommended settings which seems to work just fine, then change the settings after the team have been created. The above bug only seem to happen when creating a new save, and potentially when going over to a new season (not confirmed).
