No pre race edit strategy
Just updated game and in my 35% career mode races in myteam (full quali) and driver (short quali) both times loading into race unable to edit race strategy so me and ai all have to start on Softs

If you still have this problem try restarting your console, it worked for me
I was experiencing the same issue for the past few races. Turns out that a full reset of my Xbox One did indeed fix the issue I was experiencing.
i had same issue but it got fixed it is so annoying because you can't change fuel load
