Penalties for Track Limits
Can punishments for track limitis be paid during the pit stop as in real F1?

@AVFOENNING in the real formula 1 such penalties cannot be served at the pit stop, this is only possible from 5 seconds onwards
but in F1 Real the time penalties for track limits are 5 sec.
but in the game it is not 5 seconds... I should choose my words better xD sorry ^^
no, in the game it is 3 seconds and these can not be served at the stop
