Pit lane speed indicator flashes when entering pits under saftey car

Summarize your bug When entering pits under SC the pit lane speed indicator constantly flashes
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Sky
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Under saftey car enter the pits
What happens when the bug occurs? The speed indicator flashes on and off and between green and red
What do you expect to see? The incidicator to stay shown and show what speed I’m doing and go green when under the limit.

as you can see from the clip it’s hard to see weather I’m under the limit or not as the warning just keeps alternating between green and red and also keeps disappearing and re appearing again and again.

    Summarize your bug Entering the pits at Spain with the pit lane limiter on, the pit lane speeding warning message will flicker between green and red. Thinking I was going too fast, I slowed to almost a complete stop, but the issue didn't change. You have no idea if you're going too fast or not. There was also a safety car at the time, I have no idea if this is part of the problem.

    Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter the pits at Spain during a race (try both normal pace and under safety car).
    What happens when the bug occurs? The pit lane speed warning message will flick between Green and Red, even though you're at a legal speed.
    What do you expect to see? The pit lane speed warning message to correctly show if you're under the pit lane speed limit or not.
