Pitcoin missing champions edition

Still no answer….

@EA_rephii can we get some clarification on this issue please? People are still waiting for their 5000 or 18000 pitcoin WHICH WE PAID FOR! 

or else guess we havefile a complaint at sony/steam/xbox that you rip off your customers by not giving them what they paid for, but do false advertising with.

Please, notice that physical editions don't include any type of loyalty bonus, therefore they don't include the 5000 PitCoins.

At the same time, if you have purchased the Deluxe Edition and you haven't received the PitCoins, I would recommend you contact Customer Support to try to investigate the missing currency as we cannot check that on the AHQ Boards.

Oh? So when people buy physical version, which is NO different than digital one, get a F-U? I have EVERY F1 game on hardcopy, always got pitcoins since 21, but just because it’s not digital I’M NOT A LOYAL client? Digital or physical should ALWAYS be the same, with the same content, or else you should COMMUNICATE stuff like that when people are on your website stating PHYSICAL copies don’t have the digital benefits. And I have a screenshot of when I first saw it, and that’s nowhere to be found, just as a heads up if you sneaky going to adjust your site. 

you really have zero respect for customers with your “loyalty” (not personally @EA_Groguet ) but I’m one of the most loyal F1 game player, and just because i love to collect the hardcopy, it makes me “less” loyal? 

i’m going to send a formal complaint to Sony about your false advertising antics. It’s not about the money, but the principal. 

@Iceman038-NLIt’s easier and more profitable for Publishers to sell digital copies. Not to mention you are not protected by your countries consumer rights when buying online. So it’s harder to get refunds compared to buying a store bought physical copy. So now publishers try to push everyone into buying digital copies with things like bonus pitcoin etc

When buying a physical copy it will tell you on the case whether it comes with any additional features. With redeemable codes supplied within

Another time: then they explicitly have to mention it that it’s only on the digital version. 

on their website says buy for playstation. Go there and it gives the 2 options. But NOWHERE does it says that ONLY the digital versions come with benefits

plus i did got the F1 world starterkit as stated (without codes), but (not surprisingly) not the pitcoins. 

you can’t give one or the other as advertised, and then suddenly hide behind some statement that only digital has those extra’s without mentioning it. 

people see if you buy this edition comes with this and this. If there was a statement that it only is with the digital version, i wouldn’t be pissed. 

Update after filing complaint with Sony.

it seems that they take their customers seriously compared to EA. Ticketnumber has been made, got reply from them which sounds more serious and promising than every other contact with EA “service” which don’t even bother to look in contact history and every time ask the same question on my reply. 

it doesn’t matter if it’s 10 euro’s worth or 100 euro’s, i searched the internet and found so many false advertisement antics from EA, by promising and not delivering, and finally blatantly ignoring their PAYING customers and never giving what they promised. 

so I will keep on being the thorn in their side then.

Hi, go to your Mail within F1 24 and 'claim' your Pitcoins waiting in a message. Make sure you are logged into your console (therefore game) with the account your purchased your F1 24 with. Worked for me.
