It's because McLaren drivers get +10 to their stats, like Merc, Ferrari, Red Bull and Alpine from the personnel facility.

Aston, Alfa, Alpha, Haas and Williams get +5. So Norris is actually performing at 100 pace while drivers like Hulk, Magnussen and Stroll are at 85, 87 and 86. 14 pace advantage is enough to make him beat faster cars.

It's dumb.

They need to remove or nerf them.
