Re: Double Bill for Pre Order.

@nilshoefte Some Banks put a hold on payment till they are sure the account holder made the request to help stop fraud.
My whole account was shut down yesterday because of this...Im in the US.
Check your account when ya get the chance....paypal probably had to run it twice.

    @nilshoefte It should be "in process" at the very least since Paypal got paid by your bank....you have Online banking right?
    I dont use Paypal just my debit card myself.

    I guess if the support is really not having it you could raise a ticket with paypal and see if they can sort it out direct with EA? I dont know how that works, i have never used them

    @nilshoefte i dont understand why they cant see that its wrong then. It is literally impossible to order twice at the same time so why arent they picking up on that?

    @nilshoefte I think it now has to be either down to support getting it right, or you taking it up with paypal and getting them to sort it out with EA. Sorry buddy

    @BadMayh3m I can tell you more tomorrow, but Paypal said 2x for 72,89 Transaction complete and not like the usual one of two is pending

    @nilshoefte You have 2 problems as far as I can tell.

    1...PayPal-you need to find out why they charged you twice and get that fixed.

    2... EA -sooner or later 1 of them is going to get cancelled and you want to make sure EA understands the situation.
