Community ManagerRe: F1 23 is not downloading
Try the following steps:
- Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
The last resort is to reinstall the EA app but hopefully it will not come to that, thanks.
