Gotcha! If you're seeing both versions of the same account linked, our support may be able to help by getting the old one unlinked directly.

I'm not sure why you'd be seeing two versions of the same account, so that portion may be more suited for PlayStation Support, however you can try getting one of those unlinked below to see if that helps get people seeing the correct name in-game in the meantime.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further with that extra linked account.

My PSN sometimes in the stats only or in the room or even on ice shows as a player ive played with or against or someone random.
