Red flag wet race strategy not applied

Summarize your bug I had a red flag halfway wet race. one strategy showed new wets with 0 pitatops. I started race and got old wets. from previous stint. Ended up in puncture.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Light rain for long/entire duration. formula 2 sprint race around red bull austria. default 1 stop, 2 wets. Do wet race and get red flag before pitstop. Strategy shows new set of wets. you start race and get old worn out wets for the remainder of the race.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a puncture at the end of the race and lose 16 positions limping my way back to pitstop.
What do you expect to see? new fresh wets as strategy shows after red flag.
Thats it. I got a puncture and had to limp my way to pits.
