Remove or NERF the personnel boosts already!!

How are they still in the game and not even nerfed? They've badly hurt the career mode since 2020 and a lot of people have been calling for them to be removed or nerfed and yet they're still the same!

5/10/15 for a permanent increase in stats is mind numbingly stupid and render the driver stats basically irrelevant if all the drivers are going to have 100 pace.

They either need to be:

- Removed

- An option to disable them for all teams

- An option to ONLY affect the player My Team and not the official teams.

- HEAVILY nerfed. Like 1/3/5.

It's a PERMANENT increase so they need to be small increases. Whereas it's team activities where they're only active for ONE race where a larger stat boost would be fine.

They just spoil a lot of the fun of career mode when we see massively unrealistic results due to drivers having much higher stats than they should have.

  • @LiavealOr at least make it so that 100 is not the limit (or lower the stat numbers so that no one could ever reach 100), that would at least help differentiate each driver instead of the...eh...braindead system we currently have (every F1 driver is 100/100/100/100...haha).

@Apophis-STRYup increasing the limit to 120 is probably the easiest solution imo

I hate it. It needs to be fixed but it’s obviously not a bug as they obviously know about it.  But cause its not a bug I can’t flag it

Only issue with increasing the upper limit is it doesn't really solve the problem. We'll still have Norris racing the Merc's and Aston's despite him being nowhere near them all year on true pace and Alonso struggling to beat Ferrari and Merc due to only getting +5 compared to the others +10 and it still leaves the issue of the front teams snowballing ahead leaving the smaller teams nowhere.

To be honest, I really think the best option for it is to make them so they ONLY affect the My Team car and remove them from the official teams. That would leave it so the facility is still useful to invest in meaning they don't need to delete the feature but will at least mean the rest of the teams perform realistically.

Is there not a way of putting that to them? It's not a bug in the true sense but it's certainly a massive design flaw!

@Liaveal They did turn them off on last 2 games. But people who I assume are unaware of how they work complained that their second driver boosts weren’t being applied. So they turned them back on 😤
