@AlessioBanezzi Is something running in the background on your PC?
Maybe antivirus programs, programs in autostart or something like that?
A dxdiag log might be helpful.

Update: I could not solve the issue, but I just bought a new video card and now I don't have the issue anymore. I had a Radeon RX590 Nitro. So other people with this card might have the same issue... it is within the minimum system requirements, though.

@zombie182No, I haven't changed anything else, so it must have been related with the graphics card. I now have a Gefore RTX 3060 12 GB.
