[SOLVED] Logitech G29 - Very Low Force Feedback (PC/Steam)

Summarize your bug Very Low Force Feedback With A Logitech G29 Wheel + editing the values at the VIBRATION & FORCE FEEDBACK tab in game have absolutely NO effect at all (and yes, the FFB is turned ON) and the changes are being saved to the controller config and active + (real life) wheel led lights are not working at all.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game with a Logitech G29 wheel..
What happens when the bug occurs? The Force Feedback is very low, no matter what settings I put on the VIBRATION & FORCE FEEDBACK tab at the Controllers config - I'm using the exact same settings I used to in F1 22, F1 2021, F1 2020 and F1 2019 and it always worked just fine..
What do you expect to see? Nothing to see, but to feel..

I'm using the exact same configs (as in the pic below) I used in all previous games (from F1 22 to F1 2019) and they used to work just fine.
The problem only happens in F1 23.

Short version:- You must uninstall and remove any traces of any Logitech softwares you have installed in your computer.
- You need to restart your PC.
- You have to install the latest GHub version.

DISCLAIMER/SUSPICION:
After several tests and trying all I could to fix the Force Feedback (it just wasn't working at all, none of the values I'd put in the 'Vibration & Force Feedback' screen would work, or make any difference to the wheel feel while driving/playing the game and the wheel led lights were not working at all), I noticed that along with the Logitech softwares, some version(s) of the Microsoft Visual C++ were installed as well - and I GUESS the game (F1 23) also installs some of those files - and then I also GUESS that this MIGHT have caused some kind of conflict and that's why the wheel just wasn't working as it should - it also affected other games, like F1 22 and rFactor, Assetto Corsa, etc.
I'm NOT sure if this is what caused the problem, but as I said it's just a suspicion and what really matters is that there IS a solution, which I'll describe below:
The very first thing to do is to uninstall whatever Logitech software you're using for your wheel.
There are two types of Logitech software for that: the Logitech Gaming Software and GHub (if you have both, uninstall both).
After doing that, you also need to delete any other traces of these programs, so you need to check some folders and manually delete them and also a couple of entries in the Windows Registry - don't panic. It's all very simple and easy to do and there are several videos on YT explaining how to do it - here's one of them:

After that, you need to restart your PC.
Now it's time to download the latest version of the Logitech software you want to use - and here are the links to them (from Logitech's website):

VERY IMPORTANT:
I tried the Logitech Gaming Software and it did NOT work for me (the wheel was plugged, but the software wouldn't recognize it - tried different USB ports and still nothing..), but GHub worked just fine (recognized the wheel right away), so I suggest you guys to get/install GHub (and if for some crazy reason it doesn't work for you, then give the Logitech Gaming Software a try, as a last resource).
After that, you'll have to configure your wheel using the Logitech software you've just installed and once you start the game and go to track, you should have Force Feedback working again and the wheel led lights as well!
