To be 100% sure that you are up to date: On PC, open the TX Control Panel and check the Firmware version. It must be notify V58.06 like on this picture: https://ts.thrustmaster.com/download/pictures/PCMAC/TXRW/TXRW_CPL_FW_V58_06.png
Also make sure that your game is not set in QUICK RESUME MODE (this mode brings lot of issues with steering wheels): https://ts.thrustmaster.com/faqs/eng/FAQ_About_Quick_Resume_Xbox.pdf
And to finish make, sure that you game is 100% installed on your Xbox before launching it.
