Stuck communicating with online services

Game was playing fine until about 4 days ago where I am constantly stuck on communicating with online services. Tried so many different things and have even reset my entire pc (it was running slow anyway). Yet the issue still persists.

I have signed into a friends account and am able to play perfectly fine on my pc with their account. They on the other hand, face the same issue as I when they sign into my account on their pc. This makes me believe it is an account issue. 

I’ve been in touch with EA over the past 2 days and they’ve been unable to help.

    Anyone find a solution to this? im having same issues cant get online with the communicating with online services messages stuck on my screen, tried everything to play f125 online but no luck. Have seen lots of people had this issue with older f1 games so anyone have any luck??

    @Zeus10710 The instructions that I was given by ea were for me to sit and wait for an email that I may or may not get from support. Their words were ‘we cannot guarantee a response to your issue’. Looks like we’re stuck with this one.

    Still no fix. Got in touch with EA who also couldn’t help and listed the case as ‘no fix’. Read people having the same issue on F1 22 who were waiting 4/5 months for a fix.

    @Tr트리니티06 How did you solve multiplayer? I'm having the same problem, but it doesn't work.

    Nowhere near, only played 3 races online as I was only just starting multiplayer.
