Stuck in an infinite loading screen when trying to enter MyTeam Career F1 23

Summarize your bug When I try to enter my My Team career, Im just stuck on a black loading screen. Ive already validated my game files and reinstalled the game, but I still cant access it. Ive been sitting on this black screen for a while now and havent been able to find a solution anywhere. Has anyone else experienced the same issue or found a fix for it? The problem started after my game crashed while displaying the race results following a sprint weekend.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As mentioned the bug occurred when the race results where displaying after a sprint weekend when my game crashed. Since then I have not been able to do anything in MyTeam career since im just stuck in a black loading screen where in the top left it says "Please Wait". I was patient and waited for almost an hour and still nothing happend. Step 1. Go into a race weekend including a sprint race. I was a Azerbaijan. Step 2. Simulate the sprint weekend. Step 3. When race results are showing either crash the game or shutdown the computer.
What happens when the bug occurs? Just an infinite loading screen.
What do you expect to see? I except to see that this being fixed so I can continue my MyTeam journey
