Stuck on communicating with online services

Summarize your bug The problem started on F1 22 when I alt-f4 mid race to go do something since that moment I have not been able to play multiplayer again the samething is happening on F1 23, When I start the game I am stuck on the communicating with online services. Sometimes I make it to the main menu but I cant see my ingame mails and as soon as I start a multiplayer coop career i got the infinite loading again, I have tried all the following : Clean Boot Flushdns Change DNS to google Started EA App and F1 22 AND 23 as administrator Reset Network Made an exception in the firewall My internet is not the issue I have also tried playing on my friends account and everything works fine My friend also tried playing on my BUGGED account and he encountered the same issue that I have so the problem is either my F1 Games or someting on my EA Account, I have tried EA Support but we all know how that went

I have tried all the following :
Clean Boot
Flushdns
Change DNS to google
Started EA App and F1 22 AND 23 as administrator
Reset Network
Made an exception in the firewall
