Hello.
I got the same problem in australia and canada, i don't know how it come, maybe after a flashback i don't know exactly.
i tried my pedals before come here and all work fine, so it come from game.
no assist for myself and the bug came only 2 times from many races but when it come, it's really annoying
only singleplayer, never happened multiplayers
hey i might have a solution for you. try turning on and off braking assist. ive had this happen to me a few times then i noticed that my throttle doesnt go away but rather the car brakes. anyway try my suggestion and see if it helps. it helped me
