I have the same problem. It happens every time I crash and a red flag comes because of it. If I then use flashback my throttle starts to bug out. Works fine the whole race before but after that it cuts out every corner.
I get the same problem as well on Austria TT. Only corner lines for assist. Fanatec v3 pedals via USB.
Fairly sure this is a driving assists issue. Toggle the assists. I have made a video showing my settings (and bang average driving).
I don't have Flashbacks enabled (they have always been an issue). Report as a flashback issue if disabling them cures the issue.
Could not replicate on Australia, Canada or Austria TT.
Check your controller firmware and driver updates. Try removing and recreating controller schemas if the issue persists.
(Benchmark at the end is to check a driver update (23.11.1) and 23H2 enablement)
Controller hardware is in schema name (CSL-E 1.1, Fv2 2020LE rim, USB Leo Bodnar G923 pedalset)
