Open the TX CONTROL PANEL and check the firmware version number. Must be the same than on the picture here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Bug-Reports/Wheel-doesn-t-work/m-p/12649773
NB : After installing the new driver [Package 2023_TTRS_3] don't forget the second step:
2. Launch THRUSTMASTER FIRMWARE UPDATE software and install manually the new firmware version on your Xbox steering wheel base
