Do you understand that what you're experiencing exactly matches what the wheel is specifically designed to do when it gets too hot? I get that you want performance to be better but I'm sorry I really don't think you've proved what you think you have. Note that as per the following post earlier in this thread it appears that changes to the in-game force feedback will make this occur more easily than with last year's game:

Possibly trying using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from your wheel could help, although I'll be honest I suspect that it won't.
