Summarize your bug Course stays yellow after a safety car, doesnt go green until all drivers have crossed the line, Where in real life the track goes green as soon as the leader crosses the line. You cant make any overtakes into turn 1 as you get an illegal overtake.

What happens when the bug occurs? you get an illegal overtake
What do you expect to see? not an illegal overtake and track should be green
