I tried last night but not with 2021 cars

Is it 2021 cars you did the workaround with?

@The_Pozz_Man Just go into f1 world - grand prix multiplayer - create - no (open) then select into settings the f1 23 cars instead of f1 world cars, and last disable equal performance. Go back in career and you'll see no equal performance 😉

Thank you @TheFreak94_0 I can confirm that this method works. I play coop career with my brother (im on PC and he on ps5). Im the host and if you follow the steps correctly its working. Just like in f1 21
