Unable to select safety car, formation laps or red flags
Anyone having an issue where they can’t select Safety car, red flags or formation laps on 25% races. I’m on two player career mode

Noticed this same issue recently. Must be a new bug with the latest patch, before patch it worked fine. But now 25% no longer allow Red Flags, Safety Car, of formation lap. This is in MyTeam for me.
- The same here for me also in cooperative mode. And there's no blue flag either.
In a career that already existed before the update
is disable blue flags, red flags and safety car
it is very frustrating as the reported problems ruin the immersion of the race.
