Need help. Me and my friend have e acho a wheel. And want to play splitscreen. But when trying to get them two on splitsreen it keeps saying p1 already uses that wheel even if it's not the same. What should we do? We are on pc.

You cannot play split screen with two wheels. Two controllers, but if you've got it working, that's something.
